2010愛媛センチュリーラン

2010/9/19 我参加了160km的自行车比赛。

大赛规矩是必须以8小时以内完成。

比赛当中，真得很累，很辛苦，

尤其是当上山坡的时候，脚不听使唤，

再加上天气又热，真的很难受。

幸好一路上，在朋友帮助下，终于熬过了140km。

当剩下20km的时候，想要全力以赴的时候，

左脚开始抽筋，很痛！

心里在想不行了。怎么办？要不要放弃？

最后反问自己，为什么要参加这次的比赛？

。。。 。。。

因为我想要改变，我想要脱离半途而废这4个字。

。。。 。。。

因此，唯有用右脚完成剩下的20km。

最后，以7小时30分左右的时间到达终点，

当时，我忘记了我的左脚还痛不痛，

我只记得我的内心在喊着 yes!yes!...


虽然成绩不是很好，但是心里真的很开心!

通过这次的比赛，我决定再挑战自己。

所以我决定参加明年1月分的42km 马拉松比赛。

开始

自从我进了公司后，

开始了自行车，羽毛球，駅伝，小喇叭，單板滑雪，划船。。。

开始参考服装和电器的杂志。

开始留意住宅的价钱。

开始会问为什么。

开始明白为什么的答案，知道的人不多。

Invictus

我没有打过RUGBY.

对于它的规则等等，都一窍不通。

昨天傍晚 愛媛　雨天

看了这出电影 Invictus（真人真事）。

1995 大统领利用RUGBY，

让世界认识了南非。

让世界看到了南非民族之间的和平相处。

等等。。

而且，当中让我学习到原谅，包含等其他。

一出有深奥的电影。
